SALON POLICIES
- All correctional work is granted within 1 (one) week from the original visit, after that, it is a chargeable service!
- We require a credit card at time of booking. Due to individualized nature of services that we provide, a 48-hour cancellation policy is in place! “No Show” appointments will be responsible for 100% of your appointment cost. A “No Show” is any missed appointment for which you do not contact us within the 48-hour window. Acceptable forms of contact are E-mail and phone. Please understand if you do not show for your appointment, it is a huge loss for our stylist’s daily schedule.
- Gratuity for the stylists is accepted in cash, or Venmo.
- We do not accept checks as payment.
- Jr. Stylist services are not included in any discount promotion
- All our prices are at “Starting at” point and plus.

AND OTHER POLICIES
- Please do not wear expensive or your favorite clothes for your hair/color appointments. Salon is not responsible for any damage done to your clothes.
- We have updated our cancellation policy.
- A card is required to hold the appointment.
- Salon will remind you about your upcoming appointment 72 hours prior.
- A minimum of 48-hour notice is required for all cancellations.
- If you cancel after 48 hours, you will be charged half of the appointment fee.
- If you cancel on the same day or do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged the full-service fee.
- For Color Correction consultation there is a charge of $26 (stylist has to perform a strand test, wash hair etc.) It will be used towards your appointment.
- For Bellami Extensions consultation is $26. It will be used towards your extension appointment.
